1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using futurefrontdesk.ai (the “Site”) or subscribing to our services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our Site or Service.

2. Services Provided

Future Front Desk provides an AI-powered tenant and guest communication platform for property managers and rental hosts.

Features may include:

- Automated responses to tenant and guest inquiries

-Integration with platforms such as Airbnb, Zillow, Furnished Finder, SMS, and email

- Maintenance ticket automation

- CRM and calendar integrations

- Training, documentation, and support

- We reserve the right to update or modify features at our discretion.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts to use our Service. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscription and Payment

Setup Fee: $5,000 (one-time)

Monthly Fee: $1,500 (recurring)

Optional add-ons and upsells may apply, as described on the Site.

Payments are due in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated in writing.

6. Guarantees

Future Front Desk offers the following guarantees:

- 60 Second Guarantee: Every tenant or guest receives a response in under 60 seconds, or your first month is free.

- $30,000 Savings Guarantee: If the Service does not reduce staff or VA costs by at least $30,000 in the first 12 months, we will continue working for free until it does.

Guarantees apply only if you meet all required onboarding, integrations, and usage conditions.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited actions include (but are not limited to):

- Using the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes

- Attempting to reverse engineer or copy our technology

- Interfering with the proper functioning of the Site or Service

- Sharing account access without authorization

- We may suspend or terminate accounts violating this policy.

8. Data and Privacy

We process personal and business data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing. You retain ownership of your data; however, you grant Future Front Desk a limited license to use it for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology on Future Front Desk are owned by or licensed to Future Front Desk. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

10. Third-Party Integrations

Our Service may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Zillow, Furnished Finder, CRM systems). We are not responsible for any issues, outages, or changes in those third-party services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific needs beyond the stated guarantees.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Future Front Desk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Future Front Desk, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or misuse the Service. You may terminate your subscription at any time, but fees are non-refundable.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
